4 or 5 - Room Size

I have 3 boys 8-4-2. We are planning on staying in either the studios or one bedroom rooms. Once the youngest turns 4 will we have to move up to a 2 bedroom or can we still stay in a one bedroom? Add a roll out? What are our options. Thanks
