Hey everyone...

I just got my DOCs!

I can't believe it because I called yesterday and I was told I would get them next week.

And here they are. UPS (the guys who wear brown) just dropped mine off and it is 4:30pm.

Time to start packing....

I called yesterday and they told me the same thing. So I think good news is near!!

I got them!!!!!!!
my documents came today!!! I haven't even opened them to see what's there yet....I had to come on here right away and post!!!

ok...I just opened the package and I only got half of them. We have two rooms booked and I only got the documents for myself and DD15. Hopefully the others will come soon too!!!

Someone does not like me. I just called my TA and she is on vacation. Hello--- doesn't she know my docs are due in. Who in the heck is she to go on vacation now.

I'm sure they will be to you very soon.
Although we got half our docs today, I am also booked on a 3 night cruise next year that I just found out today (on the DIS) is not going to happen....I have yet to hear from my TA though

Help!!!

Are any of you Canadian Cruisers?

I was just looking around these threads and someone has posted that Canadians absolutely have to have passports to board the ship.

I have talked to Disney about this many times and they have assured me that Photo ID and Birth Certificates are all I need (they are all we have).

This other thread says that it is up to the traveller to have all their ID in order and not Disney's responisbility to ensure the traveller has the right stuff.

We are leaving for Florida in 18 days. I have my cruise tickets, and I do not have enough time to get a passport now for the 4 of us.

Stressed??? Me?? Help!!!

I cannot believe this.

muskokaV, I feel so terrible for you! I would call Disney immediately! I don't know how things work in Canada, but in the US there are last minute places to obtain a passport.

I'm sorry that I don't have an answer for you, but I wish you all of the best luck and I'm looking forward to meeting you on the ship.

I don't have an answer for you either, but keep thinking happy disney thoughts and it will all work out. I too would call Disney NOW. Let us know how you are doing.

And to top it off, I just got back from the dentist office (still frozen as I am writing to you), and he just went on the 4 day Wonder cruise with his family in March, and he told me no one in his party had passports, they had no problems bringing the exact same ID we are using.

Whew.

I feel so much better. Now I can pack!

No DOCs yet, since we are leaving next Wednesday, our TA asked DCL to send our DOCs to our Disney resort instead.

Called Disney and they said they would be delivered today. They gave me the tracking # and they have been delivered to my TA. Just waiting for the call.

UPDATE-
I called to see if the were in and just got the call back that they are!!! Going to pick them up. Anyone else?

I know what you mean - who can think about something so lame as work when we are going on our trip in less than two weeks!!
