4 bdrm home with pool in resort similar to WH?

Hi, we stayed in a 3 bdrm townhouse in Windsor Hills in 2013 and loved it. We are looking at this October and would really love to stay in WH again, but need 4 bdrms and I'm having a hard time finding anything fairly cheap. So I was thinking of expanding my search to other resorts, but I'm not sure where to start.

Looking for about the same drive time as WH to the parks, ideally with a community pool with slide/hot tub. And a 4 bdrm for around $125 a night in October. Does such a place exist??

Does it have to have a community pool, or will a house with its own pool work?

Emerald Island is by Windsor Hills and has a nice community pool but it does not have a slide -- cannot remember about the hot tub.

For rates at $125/night AND a resort-type community imo you'll need to luck on someone having a deal. There are several lesser known subdivisions in the Formosa gardens area where you can get a 4 bedroom home at a great deal. But no community pool.
