Is that considered a liquid? I know liquids have to be under 3 ounces, but it's not really liquid. It's creamy. Will I be safe packing this on my carryon?
Thanks!

Hmmm...okay! Thanks. I'll keep an eye out for a smaller tube of the stuff, but if I can't find one I'll just test my luck I guess!

The diaper rash cream is EXEMPT as it is needed for infant care...meaning you can bring it on, even it greater than 3 (3.4) oz. I just went through security (BOS & MCO) last week with Balmex and Children's Tylenol, both over 3 oz and had no issues. I did put them in my 3-1-1 bag so TSA was aware I had them.

Okay! No need for me to look for another one. On the same thought - what about rice or soy milk? It would be for my toddler to drink since he can't have regular milk as we take off!?

Found my own answer...

Medications, baby formula and food, breast milk, and juice are allowed in reasonable quantities exceeding three ounces and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint
