Thought I'd come out and say hi as well. I rarely have time to post but do read the board. DH(30) and I(26) will be going on first ever cruise of any kind with you all. We've been to DW six times now and can't wait to enjoy the magic of disney on the big blue sea. We'll be celebrating our 10 year anniversary about a month late, our actual anniversary is Mar.25, but we were able to get a much better deal just going a month later. Yes, before you say anything we were young. No kids here...just 6 furbabies. 3 dogs and 3 cats.

I ordered the passporter cruise guide and just got it a couple of days ago and have read half of it and already learned alot I didn't know. It's great! Anyway, Hi! Can't wait for the cruise!

You'll love AKL. We've been there twice. I don't like staying there for short trips because I can't pull myself away to go the parks! Two days for the resort itself will so restful and stimulating at the same town. Enjoy!

hre is our downstairs bar , it was custom built before we boguth the house .
I love yours Jen , love the granite ! We would love to do that but it would be to much right now .Don't mind the mess it was when we started to decorate for Christmas .

Anyways, (yeah, you will get your welcome sign later since you were so slow to check in with us and your not a newbie to the boards - shame on you!) - the bacelets are these reminder bands that are all the vogue. I found a company that was having a sale on them for $1 each (yeah, and I missed the sale so now I will have to get back to everyone on the price, but its not more than $2.00 each). We can get lime green bands with a saying on them andthe saying will be in glow in the dark ink. I guess now would be a good time to reveal the saying that has been chosen by our crack team of judges and accountants:

The bands will be lime green with glow in the dark inside. The total for each band is now $1.95 ($0.25 of that is for the glow-in-the dark so let me know if you want that taken out of the order now that I screwed up and missed the awesome sale) - shipping is very reasonable (it was only $8.00 for the imaginary 80 bands I put in for a test order) and may add a few more cents per band but I can't figure it out until I know exactly how many I am ordering.

Oh, my. I want a bar in our house now!!! BUT first comes the addition I want! The house looks big from the outside, but is small on the inside. Heck, the MB is only 13 x 10!

Yes, we are having a wonderful time with Ed home finally! Although he too got called into work on Tuesday and part day Wednesday. Bummed about that. But - and this is big news!!!- we have decided to check it out with my OB/GYN and see about having another little one!!! I'm so excited!!!! I really want another baby and Tori is getting so much easier to take care of now! I know she'd be a great big sister! So, off to the dr I go in two weeks. Hopefully he'll say that I don't need any med because the deed will be done but just in case...!!! So, keep you fingers crossed for us! It took us 10 years to have Tori, so let's hope it doesn't take that long for another!!!!

I have to tell you that it is sooo much easier with my son. We will often ask him to watch his sister and he actually dos it and sometimes he will unprompted come over and entertain her while we are in the kitchen and she is fussing. He loves her so much it is adorable. With this spread between their ages it is sooo easy. He is self contained and she is a doll - being that she is a second child of course - why of why could my son not be this good, I have no idea.

Hi everyone....I've been away from my computer for the last week, but wanted to wish everyone a belated Merry Christmas! After Christmas my sister and I took our granddaughters (9, 6 and 3) on a road trip to visit relatives. The girls had a great time staying in hotels. I think jumping on the beds was the highlight.

Welcome to all you lurkers....Mousecrazy, Jewelgrrl and Carolina_yankee Its great to have you on board and hope to get to know you before we sail.

Suziemva: Congrats on wanting another child. Good luck and have fun in the trying. Maybe the cruise will be the magical time.

Castlegazer: I love the name for the wristbands....great choice.

Well you guys had your snow day and as I said we have a flood day every few years.....and todays the day. I live in Healdsburg on the Russian River and its supposed to crest at 26 feet this afternoon. Flood stage is 19 feet. The town is out of dangers way since they put in a flood basin, but the homes on the river tend to have the lower units and basements flood. I've helped many a friend move out in a hurry and what a mess to clean up afterward. Once the water receeds it leaves messy oily silt on everything. Luckily I don't live on the river anymore so my house is out of harms way. My son lives across the street from the river and he said everyone is getting ready to start the move and the rowboats and canoes have been brought out of the garages. The town of Napa is completely under 2 feet of water. They got 8 inches of rain overnight. The major 101 highway to San Francisco is closed, along with lots of other roads.

Carolina_yankee: HAPPY BIRTHDAY.....its my sons 25th birthday today too. When he was born we named him Justin for just in time.

I plan to go to a friends house tonight for a party...tortilla soup and New Orleans style bar-b-qued shrimp. Yum Yum.....Not to mention Martinis.....and Wine. We recently got a taxi in my town, so I can enjoy the party spirits and not have to worry about driving the mile home. What a concept.

Well must close for now...my son is on his way over. We're going to take a ride to see whats up around town and take some pictures. He wanted to go to San Francisco to celebrate New Years Eve with friends, but doesn't know if the roads will be open later. Oh Well......I guess he will just have to party with me on My Birthing Day.
