3rd time lucky - Day Eight

Day 8 - May 5th 2007

Had a lie in today.. well actually I lay in bed on laptop until 11ish! After that, headed on over to Epcot. The weather was scorching today, with a risk of thunderstorms..

Once in Epcot,, headed over to the boardwalk.

Love bugs eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

My tummy was rumbling now, so time for a bite.. Had a slice of cheese pizza from that place next to spoodles. Forget the name.

After that, headed back into Epcot and made a quick dodge for the exit, were only about 2hrs in there.. the weather was wayyyyyyyyyyyy too hot and humid..

I had spicy potatoes and the 7 layer crunch wrap.. both nice!

Got back to the villa to discover, we were under severe thunderstorm warning.. Hoorah! :S lol

I went up to the 8th floor to admire the storm, the lightning was fantastic!

After a few hours, we headed to old town.. to see the cars zzzzzzzzzz

On the way saw this fantastic sky! The departing storm, being shone on by the sun.

After that.. logans roadhouse was for tea... 3rd year on the trot here. LOVE IT!

Monkey nuts on floor..

And my entree... Onion petals, mushrooms and potato skins, I left the tayto skins, cause of eyes..

and that is it.. all up to date.. Off to bed now.. zzzzzzzzz!

Honestly ? I'm not really sure WHY they have them , but , on every table there is a bucket of monkey nuts, the waitress's/waiters tell you to eat them and throw your shells on the floor. Quite strange really, but this place is a family fave, the atmosphere is fab!! You expect any minute a big load of American bikers to walk in lol.

Erm,,.. you know the 192 in Kissimmee ? Well it's RIGHT opposite old town, not far from Gaylord palms resort. The address of the place is 5925 W Irlo Bronson MMRL Hwy Orlando (Florida) , 34746 - Not sure if that helps ?

I thoroughly recommend it to anyone, fab place!

Haha, this picture confused me when I first saw it, cos the lady is standing in front of a screen, it looked like there was a little lady in your room doin you own personal weather report
