I remember seeing something about getting glasses on certain evenings only but can't find the info again. I also don't know where to pick them up. Help?!

To get a pair of the special glasses, Passholders must show a valid pass and a photo ID at Sid Cahuenga’s One of a Kind at Disney’s Hollywood Studios (right by the entrance to the park) starting at 5:30pm until the park closes. They will only be available on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the event, which officially begins November 6 until January 3, 2016. There’s a limit of one per Passholder.
Just to add that I was there the first night of the lights, this past Friday and headed to Sid's and asked for the glasses and they gave us ours with no problems, so even if you are not going on a Monday or Wednesday go ahead and ask

You are the Best @yulilin3...when I got the email I was like "great" our plans were for Tuesday so we'll just buy the glasses but I guess we don't have to.
Awesome, thanks guys. Out first day at HS is a Friday so we'll try then. Staying at the Swan so I guess we could also make a quick trip over on a Mon/Wed if need be...if they're worth it. I'm totally not familiar with this Sid's location that is right by the entrance to the park? Is it the small souvenir outdoorish shop on the left?

Awesome! I'm a pass holder and I've not heard of this. I've never received an email about anything. We're going to see the lights on Mon. Dec. 21st. I hope they don't run out of glasses.

Is there somewhere we can get a hard copy of our annual pass? I only have mine on my Magic Band and was never given an actual pass. Can they scan the bands? Sorry if this seems like a dumb question.
I still have a pair the first year they did this. They also dated them with the year. Now if you want to have fun with them. Take them to MK or Epcot and watch the fireworks with them on. Snow flakes will be flying all over the skies.

With my experience, we've always had to show an AP card to get "benefits"; occasionally the Passholder Slider on the Magic Band has been okay, other times not. We got temporary cards (with characters on them) when getting the AP and then they sent the gold cards to our home with the Magic Bands linked to the passes. I would imagine you could ask at a Guest Services for a new AP card.
