I haven't been able find any word on them for non dessert party goers.

Are the going to be made available to the general public in the park?

I am not interested in the party, but would like to have them to get the full effect of this special show.

Thanks :)

They sold them at Lowes, or was it Home Depot a couple of years ago. They are not hard to find on your own. There are several places you can get them before hand.

or if you want to buys a large pack of them you can do Amazon. Just search Christmas holospex and you will see all the options

So no glasses for the non dessert park goers? Got it.

I will check Home Depot. Thanks all!!

I'm glad I wasn't the only one wondering! I found some on Amazon and the same seller on ebay but I don't know if it's a reasonable price.

I don't think anybody said there are no glasses for the non dessert goers. Just there are other options than waiting to find out. If you get them ahead of time you have more choices than just gingerbread men.

I don't think they were much more than about a dollar or two.

If your an annual pass-holder they "may" also offer them. IIRC last year for the final Osborne Lights the dessert party goers as well as AP holders got the glasses. We didn't do a party but as pass holders we picked ours up at the entrance to the Studios on the right just past guest relations.

Other wise it may just be a "perk" for party goers?

I am an AP holder, so this may be reason enough to wait and take a chance.

If your trip isn't until after the start of the show I am sure you will see reports here about AP holders getting the glasses. If not - really - they are just paper and turn the lights/fireworks into designs. Like PP"s said Home Depot often has them. I probably won't watch the fireworks with them as I found them disorienting even with stationary lights.

Good point. I head down to the world at the very end of November and I will keep an eye out for news on the glasses.
One less thing to have to remember to bring is always desired :)
