It's been a few years since our last WDW trip (OKW & MGV). Can anyone point me to a list of 3BR villa (home-away-from-home) options for an off-site stay? ... not interested in a vacation home.

I don't mind a little research ... okay, I research too much ... but I would love a place to start!

We are a family of 6 and really need the extra space for mental sanity purposes.

FOR OUR FAMILY, DH & I refuse to attach the word "vacation" to anyplace where:
...we have to que up crosslegged outside a single bathroom door.:earseek: .
...we must employ the short-straw-draw for the hated sofa bed.:crowded:
...we must be dressed and shod to go for ice, popcorn, drinks or laundry.

Thanks so much for any help you can give!

Wyndham Palms has 3 br, so does Westgate Town Center. I have been to and recommend both.
I believe they were both Lock offs, a 2 br/2 ba with a 1 br/1ba connected, so that would be 3 br/3 ba, which should keep everyone happy.

How about the Cypress Pointe Grand Villas.

www.hotelkingdom.com is offering a 3br villa $130.69 p/night for my dates in April. You can check out the pics and descriptions on the website.

Windsor Palms has 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos, which you can probably get for around $80 - $90 / night including taxes. If you do a search here, you'll find a lot of information. These are individually owned, and there are some websites to help you get in touch with owners to rent directly where you'd pick a specific condo, and also some other sites where you rent through a company and you wouldn't know the specific unit (& bedding set-up) until arrival. We reserved through http://www.windsor-palms-florida.net.

Most that I've seen have a king or queen in the master bedroom with attached bathroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom.

HI...try www.vrbo.com to "Disney area" and click on the arrows that give you the rental from least to most bedrooms. This will give you a lot of 3 bedroom and maybe even a 4 bedroom condo with 3 baths for a great price.

Do the same at www.vacationrentals.com . They have all the the properities by bedroom size.
A 4 bed 3 bath at Emerald Island would be a very nice choice for size and the minimal "crossed legs" factor!!!!

Good Luck...Ted

I agree with all the above. Windsor Palms is very nice. We rented a 3-bed, 2-bath condo there in November and it was wonderful. Also check www.closesttodisney.com as you can get better rates through them though I don't think you get to pick your exact unit.
