Hi --
We almost always stay onsite and I'm a whiz at booking deep discounts on-property, but this November I'm thinking of ditching our WL ressies and staying offsite since we're leaning toward splitting time between Disney and Universal this trip, and it would be sooo much cheaper. However, I'm totally inexperienced at booking offsite and need some help!
We are 4 adults and 3 kids. Ideally we prefer a 3BR place but we can do a 2BR if we have to. Which resorts that have 3BR units are your favorites and why? I've heard good things about Wyndham Bonnet Creek, Star Island, Sheraton Visitana... others?
I've done VRBO for non-disney vacations but for this trip I want a resort, not an individually owned home.
I think I 'd book through Govarm, GETO, or vacationupgrades.com. The cancel policies look pretty good on Govarm and GETO (cancel 3 days prior for full refund). Not sure about cancel policy on Ken Price's site? Anyone know if you pay upfront at these sites? I assume so.
Thanks for your help! Jackie
