35% off pin discounts

I was just wondering if anyone knew how the 35% offer postcards work. We recieved them in the past and have booked at the Grand Floridian hoping one of these is released for our Nov. 2014 trip. Will they send out this discount if we already have a trip booked or should we cancel the reservation and wait till we get one of the postcards?

It varies when they send them. The only time we've ever received a pin, we had already booked our trip. It's easy to call, add the pin, and apply the discount to your reservation. I'd watch for discounts given to the public from Disney as well in case you don't receive a pin.

I received my pin via email from Disney Destinations! I couldn't believe it and was so sad we didn't have the money right now!! Watch in spam for it also. Mine went to spam! Hopefully next year I will get another one!

A friend of mine has a pin. If she books both our rooms with the pin and isn't able to go, will I lose my discount? She isn't sure when her kids are going back to school and may not be able to stay after our cruise.

With our pin they followed the email with a post card about a week later. It also helps your chances to get a pin by signing up to the Disney sights (Disney store, Disney World official sight, etc.). It has worked for us. Good luck.

Never knew that signing up to all those sites. I am with all of those. Hopefully that will work too.

How do you sign up on those sites?? I'm a little confused but I want the opportunity to maybe receive a pin in the future

All you have to do is go to the official disney site and go to the section where you log in and create a profile same with disney store. GOOD LUCK!

FYI: Disney no longer refers to them as "pin codes" they are now called "unique offer codes"
