Sunday 27th May
Our last full day started with breakfast in PC then we headed over to Diversions for Movie Quote Trivia. It was very popular and we did ok but didn't win, the runners up from theme park music trivia did. After that I got a gift in the shop for my Dad and of course tried to convince DH I needed a D&B bag. Next we put in our photo order with shutters then took a walk on the deck ending with grabbing some lunch, pizza for Mike and chicken strips for me. Mike decided that if I beat him at one game I could have a D&B bag. Ping pong I lost, table football I lost, shuffleboard I lost, no bag for me then. I needed some consolation so it was a good job it was now time for martini tasting. We got 5 mini martini's each, an original gin, dirty, pomo, appletini and chocolate.
It was hosted in the Cadallic lounge by Jesus and we weren't lots of interesting facts and of course tried the martini's although we kept getting interupted as people spotted whales through the window.
We chatted away to the man and woman sat next to us which was nice given our lack of table mates at dinner. I'd hoped they would do a lemon drop martini so at the end I asked if he could make me one and when he said yes I promised him i'd be back later for it.
We headed back to the room to change so we could go swimming and it suddenly hit me we had to pack, so I set a new world record for packing and then we hit the adult pool, well DH went in the pool and I got in the hot tub. Already in there were the two lads who'd won the theme park music quiz earlier in the cruise and I spent a lovely time chatting to them. I then set another world record getting ready for the show. After that we ran back to the room to finish packing and put the cases outside the door then hit the Cadillac lounge for my lemon drop martini. We sat at the bar chatting to Jesus and learned he was Klaudia's boyfriend. My martini was lovely.
