313 Points to Rent @ $11.95 per Point

Long time owner at Beach Club Villas with 313 points to rent for $11.95 per point at any of the DVC resorts, good for travel through March 31, 2015. I had all of my 600 points rented but a renter had their plans unexpectedly change so I again have these 313 points available.

Please provide me with your desired check in and check out dates, preferred resort(s), number of guests and desired room type. I will check for availability and advise what rooms Disney has for you. Feel free to use the private message system to contact me and let me know the best way to contact you (posting, email, private message, etc.). Rooms book fast so don't delay.

Hi, The only resort with availability for a studio checking in on 12/14 and out on 12/19 is Saratoga Springs for 68 points.

I also checked for a 1 bedroom and the only resorts with a 1 bedroom are Saratoga Springs and Old Key West.

Does any of this work for you?

I checked for a room at ALL of DVC resorts under studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. No rooms anywhere. Sorry.

A 2 bedroom would work for you if you all want to be in the same room. For checking in 1/27 and out on 2/1, there are 2 bedrooms at the following resorts:

Animal Kingdom Kidani Village
Wilderness Lodge
Old Key West
Saratoga Springs (TreeHouse plus regular rooms)
