31 Outlet Order

Hello! :goodvibes I have ordered from the outlet sales that 31 has had before twice. It took awhile to come, I remember that and am fine with it! :goodvibes

I literally logged on and purchased my almost $140.00 worth of items quickly :cloud9: (stuff was leaving my cart... several items were gone by checkout) after the sale began. I noticed today while banking online the purchase has not gone through (the money is still there and the transaction does not show).

Do you think this is anything I should worry about? :confused3 I did get the screen confirmation after ordering. I wanted to get "my Disfriends" take on it before investigating further! :) TIA! :flower3:
 
When I got my order email it listed the shipping date nearly a month out! I am guessing it doesn't get charged until it ships.
 
I wouldn't worry. It does take awhile. I ordered during the consultant presale and it is the same. They will be shipped by 8/3 (at least that is what they told us)
 
That's odd. I got an e-mail from Thirty-One today with a tracking number. I wasn't expecting one for another week or so.
 

•Some• of the consultants have already received their order... I am not one of them, although I keep hoping to get mine early!! :)
 
the shipping email I received Wednesday had an estimated delivery date of Aug. 21-Sept 5 but the $$ came out of my checking account last night and I received my order today.
 
First time I've ordered from the sale... I got my confirmation email but nothing else.

When I clicked on the link in the confirmation to check the status (for the last 3 days now) it says "Site is temporarily closed".

I also received my order today. It originally was going to arrive mid August. I was pretty surprised.

This is how it happened at Christmas time. Some people took a long time to get their orders (mine included) others pretty quickly. Don't worry.

They did not charge my account until they shipped my order. Yes, I believe it took over a month for mine to come last time but I had no issues, nothing was cancelled. I hope people are more patient than they were at Christmas. I even emailed 31 to thank them for the sale and give good feedback (before getting my order) because I knew they had to be getting a lot of poor feedback about it. I'm not a consultant, never ordered anything from them or been to a party. I am tickled with my purchases and was excited to be able to get more :thumbsup2

Mine still has not been debited from my account but I did check for an email confirmation and YES! it had came and does list the last August/beginning September for an arrival period. As long as they arrive sometime (LOL) I am fine! ;)

I appreciate the opportunity to purchase quality gifts at such reduced prices. We have a local shop that will embroidery names or initials on and the most that they charged was $2.50 so that is how I plan to personalize the gifts that I bought! :thumbsup2

That is a great idea! I think I will do that with some of my items, also.
