Is anyone able to DISign some items for a birthday shirt?

Her name is Kimberly.
It is her 30th Birthday.

I am thinking maybe a monogram for the front of the shirt and an image/DISign with Belle and something about "It's my 30th birthday" for the back of the shirt!
