30th bday suggestions

Hi,
My husband and I are taking our first vacation without our kids since our honeymoon! His 30th is this summer but I thought I'd celebrate with something fun while we'd are in Disney this spring. I am thinking of presenting him with a few options of things we can't do or would be more difficult/less enjoyable with our kids in tow. Some thoughts are: one of the water parks or the race experience, any other suggestions??

I would try to go to Jelly Rolls. This is fun and its something you can't do if you have kids in tow!

With kids in tow I would book the hoop de do revue for dinner, very fun

I'd make a night of it - dinner in the Boardwalk/Beach Club/Swalphin area then spend the rest of the evening at Jellyrolls.
