Work is going to prevent our family from using our Disney points this year. I have 202 points for Hilton Head Island with a March 2004 use year and 100 points for Saratoga Springs with a March 2004 use year (both expire February 2005 and are 100% bankable at this time). Thus, all these points are transferable to other DVC members. For rentals of less than 100 Hilton Head Island points, the price is $11 a point. For rentals of 100 Hilton Head Island points or more, the price is $10.50 a point. For rentals of the Saratoga Springs points the price is $11 a point regardless of the number of points rented. If someone were to rent all the points, I'm willing to negotiate the price. I require a contract be signed by both parties in all cases. I can email you a copy of the contract to look over before any agreement is reached. My preference would be to rent to DVC members, but I will rent on a first come first served basis for those renters who are aggreeable with the above pricing. I will then consider other offers, so you may make me an offer. I'm also willing to work with any renters on reservations.

So far all requests have fallen through, so all of these points are still available. One note, the Saratoga Springs points will be available after April 1, but I've decided to leave them listed.
