or only over the phone, I was searching the disney cruise website and could not find anything about them.

They will show up under Casaway Cay Port Adventures on the day your are able to book excursions (your cruise needs to be paid in full). I just booked one; I was on-line at midnight on the day my booking window opened (90 days prior to sailing fo Silver Castaway Club members)

While I booked it at midnight to make sure I got one, there was still some available the next morning but now they are all booked for our January cruise.
