30 points to expire 3/31/07 what can I do with them??? Help!!! I am very new to this so bear with me. I am buying a reslae okw contract that has 30 points banked from 2005. they are going to expire on 3/31/07. I will not be able to use them. I will know in a couple weeks if we passed ROFR. What are some things I can do with these 30 points if I can not use them by 3/31/07??? These are questions I don't understand???? Help!!!

You can offer them for rent on the rent trade board, and make the ressie for the people who want to rent them. You can also transfer them to someone else since you will have no need to do another transfer in the '06 use year.

Can't transfer banked points. You should rent them asap since the closer you get to expire, the less they are worth. Try to focus on the rental inquiries with travel dates during off-peak (i.e. this Sept). You'll have fewer calls to MS.

Go to Disney! Feb is a good month. Use some of your current points with the banked ones. That is if they don't rent them. Check all the properties for availability if you decide to do that. You would be in the 7 month window.

Sorry, I didn't see that you would not be able to use them. If you do rent them I don't know how large your contract is but you may have to add some points from your current UY to make the reservation for the person.

Oh darn, I always forget that!

That's what I was thinking. Depending on where you live maybe you could take a weekend trip to Hilton Head or Disney Land. If you are up in the northeast there are some resorts in New England you could use them at for an additional fee.

Or maybe a night at one of the Concierge collection hotels that might be near you.

If you decide to use the points for one of the Concerige Collection options, you'll have to make the reservation at least 61 days before the end of your use year (3/31/2007).

Best wishes -

Do rent them or use them, don't lose them.
