30 day Fun-in-Sun expiring!

Duet - I now have my vouchers 'in-hand' and this is the information on the voucher as it pertains to WDW:

"For admission to the parks or attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort listed below, present this voucher at any Ticket Booth, together with a current photo ID, and you will receive your Florida Fun in the Sun ticket. This voucher and/or Ticket is valid for 29 days after the first date of use at ANY of the Theme Parks or attractions listed. The Florida Fun in the Sun Ticket expires 29 days after the date of use at any park or attraction."

The voucher is printed and issued by WDW and uses their logo, etc. At the BOTTOM of the voucher is states:

NONREFUNDABLE NOT FOR RESALE NONTRANSFERABLE NOT VALID AFTER APRIL 29, 2005.

So, it would appear that AS LONG AS YOU ACTIVATE the voucher on or before April 29, 2005, it will be good for the next 29 days.

This assumes, of course, that Discount Orlando FITS have the same expiration date.

Thanks for the info, 2ofus - that's what I thought. I will definitely check with Discount Orlando before purchasing just to confirm. Hopefully they will get FITS passes with a later expiration date and this won't be an issue.

Im am hoping they do offer these again next year but the expiration date seems odd to me. In the past they have expired 5/31/-- instead of April 29.
Wonder if they will still be offering the 10 day world pass? I did email Discount orlando so I will let you know what they say.

Just thought I would check in and let you know our experience
with Discount Orlando Vacation. We bought 12 FITS passes and received them within a week. Awesome service and they called & checked on the order as I had to do 2 different orders from 2 different families, but had them sent to the same address. (checking for fraud)
I recommend them highly for professionalism. The expire date is April 2005.

thanks for posting positive news about Discount Orlando Vacation. I ordered our FITS passes a few days ago, and i don't think i'll really relax about them until after i first use them, but it's very comforting to hear positive feedback!

anyone know---will i be able to use the FITS passes at disney quest first thing, or will i have to go to one of the four main parks before? thanks!

Since this is going to be a family trip with our son's families,
I ordered 4 adults and one child.
They were on sale for $310. ea.adult when I purchased(now $315.)and $240. child. They do expire April 29,2005.

My DH and I will still be getting our APs.
We will be @ WDW 9 days and these tickets were the best option for my kids.
Almost $100. less than an AP.plus the P.I./DQ/waterparks, and Character Breakfast options
Also the freedom to go in and out of the parks without the worry of wasting a day off of a Park Hopper.
Since this will be our first trip with little ones- not sure how days in the parks will go.

These passes were easy to order online.
You do have to purchase the$10. FedEx 3day saver shipping option. which protects both the seller and buyer- Sig.plus tracking options. No other charges.
They took about a week to come.
We won't be using them til our trip end of Jan.05,so I can't report
back about activating them til then.
From questions I asked Jeff at Discount Orlando and what others have posted here, I don't forsee any problems.
