30/35/40 mailer no pin vs. a pin...

is there a difference? I just saw in another thread where someone got a 40% off everything pin...and I'm green w/ envy!! lolol....but barring that....what's the difference?

If I am wrong, I hope someone can correct me here!

But the other WWP is 20/30/40. So the only difference really comes down to an extra 10 percent at value resorts and an extra 5 off moderate.
