3 yr old DS on soarin

Anyone with children of the same age... have your kids ridden? DS is just tall enough now, loves flying in planes and handles almost all rides really well (exception will ride Goofy's Barnstormer but will refuse a second ride). Don't know how to predict how he'll handle it...anyone with experience let me know.

We took DD4 last year. She is apprehensive of every ride but usually ends up loving them. This is her absolute favorite ride. It is a smooth ride so he should be fine.

I took my 3 year old niece in Oct and she loved Soarin, we did it twice and both times we were on the first row so we were the highest.

We have Annual Passes at Disneyland Resort. My DD is 3 and she has been on Soaring 10 times! It has replaced Dumbo as her favorite ride. Go for it, he will love it.

I took my DS3 on Soarin at Disneyworld and Disneyland and he absolutely loves it. The fireworks over Disneyland at the end made him jump but other than that he was fine.

I second what everyone else says . . . go for it. My youngest DD (now 3) rode several times when she was still 2 (she's tall) and she still loves it. Its not rough at all. She likes it a lot better than the Barnstormer.

40 inches.

If my DS almost 3 would have been tall enough, I would have let him ride it. It is smooth and there aren't any scary images.

It's a great ride. My son loved it at both age 3 and 4. Strangely enough, at age 4 he developed fears he didn't have at age 3 (scared of the Haunted Mansion when he wasn't the year before, etc) but he still LOVED Soarin'.
