3 seperate reservations for the same trip question

Hi guys-
Here's my question. For our upcoming trip I have 3 seperate reservations for our stay at WL. I wasn't able to get the a woodsview AP rate for the whole trip, I couldn't even get a woodsview at all for the 3rd and 4th night. So this is where it stands.
First 2 nights Woodsview AP rate
Middle 2 nights Courtyard Rack Rate
Last 2 nights Woodsview AP rate
So, my question is what are the chances of being able to change this at check in hoping they have the woodview for the middle nights? And if they have them, do you think they can change it to one big reservation or will I have to waste time checking in and out 3 times?
I have been calling Disney three times a day trying to get that Woodsview room with no luck. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

With out making guarantees, I will say that they "Should" be able to fix it for you at check in, WL is really good about that type of situation. If you want to downgrade to the woods view for the whole stay they will more than likely do that (over upgrading to the courtyard...which may even be possible). Unfortunatley though they can't make it all one reservation, you would have to check out and check in, but if they are able to adjust that middle reservation they will put you in the same room for the entire stay so it would only be a quick stop to the desk for new keys (as the computer will think you are different people coming into the room). I don't have it off the top of my head, but I will PM you with the direct phone number to WL (so you don't have to go through the call center) so that when it gets closer you can call and talk to them directly and perhaps have the situation taken care of prior to arriving. Just remember the hotel does not get your reservation until 7 days before you arrive (at the earliest)...
