3 Potential Days - Help Us Pick 1

DH and I will be in Paris for 4 nights starting 10/17, that means we will have 3 full days in Paris (Thurs 10/18, Fri 10/19, and Sat 10/20). We can only do Disneyland Paris on one day. Which one would be the best? The park hours will be longer on Saturday, but will that be the most crowded day? Since we only have one day to see both parks, we want to make the best of it.
