3 part Question about Royal Pacific

Staying one night at RPR Arriving late in the evening of the 11/24. We are going to the parks the following day. My first question is do we still have all of the resort perks even thou we will check out early that morning? Second Question Which Tower is the closest to the Walk? Last one, Can I ship a package to our resort prior to our arrival ?
