Would you rather do a 3 or 4 day for your first cruise? What are your reasons?

Thanks for your input.

Four days :D

We have our first cruise planned, a 4 day. Looking at the navigators, even with 4 days, you could not even begin to do half of what the cruise has to offer! Everyone says that the at-sea days are great. And, from what I can tell, we will really love our day at sea. That is really the only time to sit back for a moment, take a deep breath, relax, and simply enjoy 'cruising' on the ship. Plus, this gives you that much extra time to fit in extra's like supper at Palo, Spa treatments, etc. When I booked our 4 day, it was not much more in cost at all... So, I thought, why not go for it! :D

Same here. DH and I have never cruised. DH wasn't that keen on it, but I talked about it until he got to "whatever you want honey" stage. I didn't want us to be rushed or anything that would possibly have him NOT enjoy it. I know it will be great!

I have the 3 day booked but am consideringc changing to the 4 day.

The only thing stopping me is I am terrrified of how sea sick I will be. I am so afraid I will get stuck on the ship, feeling horrible and will not enjoy myself. Although, I do plan on taking every precaution to prevent sea sickness. I have been sick on every boat, ship, simulator rides and etc..

Am I brave or what? LOL
