3 options - WWYD?

We are struggling with three options, all which add up to the same amount of money:

1. DDP for 7 days
2. Deluxe DDP for 4 days (3 days' worth of credits) & 3 days OOP w/ $440 to spend
3. All OOP with $1115 to spend

Although DDP is under $850 for 7 days, the package total would be $2835, so we would not be "saving" any money with that option over options 2 & 3. It was the first option I priced and the other two options are with the same # of days and tickets, but split between a "kids free" package and room discount (spending the same amount of money as with the first package.)

I am almost certain that 1 is not the best option, since I think we will end up with less food for the same amount of money, PLUS with options 2 and 3 we could end up bringing home money. All of the money with option one is gone, whether we use it or not. We could also allot some of the OOP money in options 2 & 3 to tips, which we cannot do with option 1.

OOP, we would likely spend:

$40 per CS
$100 per CS
$80 to $120 per fixed-price meal (buffet, family style, character)
$20 to $30 in snacks per day, some of which would substitute for breakfast (CINNIMON BUN!) or lunch. We would not eat 3 full meals per day.

As a side note, I really, really dislike 85% of Disney CS. World Showcase and DTD are the only places where I can find CS I can tolerate; but if we have 9 TS credits available on option 2, then I will probably find something I can eat for our OOP days or $450 may be enough money to get one TS on those days too, paired with a CS.

We know we want to eat at CRT, Le Cellier, Chef Mickey's, Kona Cafe and MAYBE LTT, O'hana breakfast, Tutto, and the CS in UK, Germany and Mexico. I don't know where we will eat in DHS, maybe Sci-Fi? We also LOVE to snack at WDW, but not always on the things that are included with the DP. We could still blow through 30 snack credits in 4 days.

So, i'm torn. Any suggestions?

Why can't you get one of the discounts for option 1?
If you don't like most CS locations, then I'd go with Deluxe or OOP depending if you'd use up the meal credits with deluxe.

Option 1 is with the "kids free" promotion, but it is for all 7 days. This is the only way to get the DP for the full trip, without buying extra tickets. However, I'm pretty sure that paying OOP for the trip or mixing it with some DxDP days may be best. Still torn between option 2 & 3 though.

We would use all 9 credits, since they would be spread over 4 days. Also, CRT will require 2 credits each. So that's 8 meals over 4 days.

I know I need to do the math by determining fixed priced costs and such, but just curious as to what others would choose to do if given these options and maybe throw some pro/cons out there that I haven't thought of (or even a 4th option that I haven't explored.)

You must have kid aged kids for that promo. Usually with kid aged kids you come out ahead with the ddp. Not caring much for QS though I think I might go with plan 2 but I'd do the deluxe part of your trip first since we usually aren't very hungry after a few days at WDW anyway and then you could always stock up on extra snacks for the rest of the trip and you'd have the drink mugs to use. The last 3 days you could do fun but cheaper TS places that don't make sense on the ddp like Sci Fi Dine In, Beaches and Cream, etc. We also like the Earl of Sandwich QS at DTD but it's very cheap for the ddp.
