Yep, what everyone else said. Don't set yourself up to be disappointed if you acknowledge or celebrate it, and he doesn't. If you want to mention it, do it in a very casual way - "I looked at the calendar today, and realized we have been dating for 3 months already," or something like that. Don't make a big deal about it with gifts, dinner, etc.
