3 meals, no kids! Help me decide!

For the first time since our honeymoon, DH and I are going to WDW ALONE. The kids are staying with Nana!

We only have three nights, so three TS meals on the DDP. We are staying at Beach Club during the beginning of December.

Here are my only requirements:

No signatures
No character meals
Not in the running for this trip: Coral Reef, 50's Prime Time, Sci Fi, San Angel Inn

I was going to do the CP package, but when it was announced that it was 2 TS credits, I tossed that idea. We're just going to wait in line at the theatre and try our luck....

SO, help me pick three meals for an adults only getaway, please? Where and why? Thanks!

no signatures or characters that takes out Most of my favorites, so I would pick then,,,LeCellier romantic and YUMMY steak, Chef De france, well france and nice selection of food. TutoItalia if you like italian and romantic setting.

I would say Chef's De France. Even Ohana would fit the bill. Maybe after eating slip onto the beach at the poly for a cocktail and watch Wishes from afar.......pretty romantic.

Do you want parks or hotels or does it matter?
I second the PP who said Ohana. Even though we always take our kids, we like to get dressed up, have a drink and walk out around the outside of Poly. We've never seen Wishes from the beach but would definately do that if we were kid-free!
Epcot has tons of yummy places we like-Le Cellier or I'd like to try Japan or Italy, or I've heard the place in UK is a fun atmosphere! Have a great trip!!

I know you said "no sigs", but I would feel terrible if I didn't recommend Flying Fish. DW and I dined there last week, just the two of us, and it was a WONDERFUL experience.

That being said, given your accommodations at the BC, here are my top 3 recommendations:
1) Cape May
2) Teppan Edo
3) Shula's Steakhouse
