3 day php thru alamo..

My maid of honor and another very close friend are coming to my wedding! They are staying together..close friend has alamo ressie..maid of honor NEEDS a 3 day php!! So maid of honor was able to get the pass with close friends ressie number! I was a bit worried that close friend would have to be the one to call and charge to her credit card and then maid of honor would have to pay her back...but not so! And the call is right to disney-not to alamo---just love the happy/merry disney customer service!!
And they mail to canada-no shipping fees-yahh-isn't that great!

They will ship them DHL!

Make sure someone is there to receive them!

I did not realize this until DD phoned at work and said DHL was here!LOL

OMG-daytime is work time!!
What they do with my parcels is take them to the canada post outlet and I go there and sign for them...man I hope they do this with the ticket!!

DHL is a courier company, just like UPS. If they require a signature then they'll either try again another day, or have you go down to their depot. I've never known them to trust another delivery company (ie Canada Post) with packages that they've been paid to deliver.

If your package for whatever reason doesn't require a signature, they'll leave it basically wherever is convenient for them at your house. Could be the mailbox, could be between the doors, could be just on the stairs.

He will leave a first notice......

On this notice you can sign giving him permission to leave it on your doorstep. Hopefully puts between doors or in mailbox. In my case, DD and friend will be waiting for him today! I hope!

We had huge problems with DHL getting our MNSSHP tickets. First they deliver-no-one is home so they leave a note that they will try again next day. I wait. No-one comes. I phone- you can pick it up- sure I can do that- where is it? Newmarket I live in Peterborough. Phone again- why didn't someone show up- they don't know- We will deliver for sure on Monday-I wait- no-one shows again
Another call to which I politely asked them to return them to Disney and ask Disney to use a company that can deliver. Tickets at my house the next day.

Almost what happened to me too! That's why I was afraid when they showed up again!LOL

I just wished companies would specifically say they are couriering them out! When I ordered them she said there was plenty of time to mail them!

Just another bit of info regarding Alamo 3 day PHP.
You can arrange to have them picked up at "will call" at MK (not sure about the other parks)
We did this last October and because it is a Disney booking through Disney CRO it was absolutely no problem to do this.
So if you are worried about receiving them in time, just to "will call". You must have a picture ID to p/up, and your confirmation number - just in case.
