3-day Dream dining rotation?

What are the dining rotations on the 3-day Dream?

Is Pirate night always on the 2nd night? Or always on the Nassau day?

I assume the dining menus are all the rotational menus (with no special menus).

We did the 3 night in May 2011 and had AER.

There was no special menu, just the rotational menus.

Pirate night was the night we went to Nassau.
