So are there long lines to eat at the 3 Broomsticks for lunch? Are they shorter maybe during a off time say 1-2pm? This is a must do.

Depends on when you're going. If its during the summer, you can expect the place to be mobbed.

1-2 PM isn't really an off time. It would be better to not eat breakfast and go between 10:30 and 11AM.

My DD13 and I were there last October (10/3) and it wasn't bad at all. In fact the entire WWoHP was great. We rode FJ 7 times that day. We had lunch at 3 Broomsticks.


Cornish Pasties-not very good.

First Butterbeer of the day.

We had checked it out earlier in the day, about noon and there was no line at all ( I took photos of the food displays). We returned for a late lunch about 2:30 and there was only small lines. We entered about 2:32 and DD had her fist sip of Butterbeer about 2:39. There were plenty of tables to choose from. We had a big breakfast at CSR and then had some popcorn about noon so we weren't hungry at lunch time.

I went in July 2011, and the line took less than 10 minutes for us. Everything we ate was delicious! I can't wait to go back after the refurb!

When we went in March, there was no line at all around 12:30 PM. The food was good for all three of us and we really liked that they had employees there to seat you after you had ordered your food. Felt better than a traditional cafeteria style restaurant. The decorations, etc. were also really good. Pay particular attention to the ceiling.

We went during the off season at around 1pm, so prime lunchtime. We got in quite quickly. It was crowded inside, but they worked with it wonderfully. I was VERY impressed with how they deal with crowds/lines there. One person was directing people to the ordering places - telling them where to go, putting them into the proper lines. Then, you order and pick up. Then, there are other people directing you to a table to sit down. Eating at Disney and dealing with finding a table is often tough for us - even during the off-season. But the way Three Broomsticks handled it was awesome, in both the seating and directing customers.
