Is this room type available to non DVC guests? I have tried multiple dates and for Summer 2020 and it doesn’t show availability. Suggestions for reservation for this room type.

It's too early for Summer 2020 DVC availability for "cash". Check again 7 to 6 months from your preferred arrival date.

Your best bet to get a GV at OKW is to rent points via a broker, like Disboards sponsor Davids. OKW GV are one of the best values in the DVC system which means they get booked up by members will little availability going to cash bookings.

Just a quick look shows only 3 days in June are not available to DVC members. If Davids (or any other broker) has OKW points you should be able to rent thru them. It will almost certainly be cheaper than CRO thru Disney.

Also try calling Disney to book. They don’t typically have the grand villas listed online. Dvc villas are available to book for cash 11 months out

I own DVC OKW and have not yet reserved or checked availability for a 3 BR grand villa, so I can not answer your question. I love the idea of someday staying at a grand villa with all of the family. that would be awesome, good luck with finding some availability.

We own at OKW and have stayed in a 3 bedroom grand villa, it was awesome! I could be mistaken but I thought the inventory of the 3 bedroom villas available at OKW was very small...like "single digit" small. The limited number of units will make it even more difficult to lock in. Hope you get it though

OKW has 27 GVs spread throughout the property. Only SSR has more (36).
