3 Bedroom during Food and Wine?

We were plannning a trip for Oct. 7 - 13 and just found out some friends want to come with us. What are the chances we will be able to book a 3 bedroom at the 7 month mark? We would not care what resort we stay at.

I'd book the 3 bedroom NOW at your home resort and switch resorts later if you are looking for a different resort with lower GV point costs. If you happen to be a member at one of the two resorts that doesn't have GVs, then I would make a 2 bedroom plus studio ressie at your home resort NOW and switch later. That way, if the GV isn't available, you will still have a ressie for that difficult time period.

I would agree with dianeschlicht, get something booked. But I wouldn't expect to be able to get any of the Epcot resort grand villas with out the 11 month advantage. Does AKV have 3 bedrooms available or will they when they are done building?

I think you have a good chance at a Grand Villa at SSR at the 7 month mark - but call day by day as soon as your window opens.

I will go against the tide and say get SOMETHING booked right now. Probably a 2 bdrm and a 1 bdrm at your home resort. My gut feeling is that any GVs are already booked for that time period. In the past few years accomodations at the 7 month mark have gotten more and more challenging for F&W, particularly at any of the Epcot resorts.

You pretty much have to own at BWV to get GV there during f&w fest they only have 7, Beach Club doesn't have any. both OKW and SSR have more like 27 or 30.
