3 bed pool home with games room?

I´m helping friends of mine look for a 3 bedroom pool home with games room close to Disney. They are open to all locations, as they´ve never been to Florida before. They´re on a pretty tight budget. Any suggestions?

No there's no easy way to check with the vrbo listings, just have to do a lot of looking. I've been doing this for quite a while and have some bookmarked for future consideration.
It can be overwhelming and the thing that bugs me most is that when you find something you like the owner doesn't update his availability calendar. I hate contacting someone without knowing whether there's a chance that it might be available.
VRBO is part of the HomeAway family. You can narrow your choices down better using homeaway.com for that area but still again some owners don't show whether they have availability or not.

Take a look at loyaltyusa.com. We have rented from them and their homes are great. They are our fallback if we can't get a DVC villa.

We use the villas provided by the members of another Disney forum - www.thedibb.co.uk - the homes are all owned by UK residents and you deal directly with the owners rather than management companies. I have used these villas for a number of years now and have never had any problems whatsoever.
