3:45pm dinner???

I called to make my ADR for our MVMCP day. I was offered a 3:45pm dinner at Crystal Palace. I explained that I was only going for the party and was assured I would have no problems getting in. Based on previous years, the admission was 4pm. Should I keep this ADR and trust that it is a dinner time and that I will get in. I wanted 1900 Park Fare, but they had nothing before 8pm. Thanks

You have to have a regular park ticket in addition to a MVMCP ticket. So, you can enter at any time.

You do NOT have to have a regular ticket. Now granted if you want to enter before 4 pm you would need a regular ticket but other than that you do not need a park ticket.

I should specify that I meant I only wanted to use my MVMCP ticket that day, not a regular admission ticket.

Sounds like a Misinformed CM telling you that.

I would have a back-up plan if you think you will keep that.Maybe even just try to show up at 4 if they let you in then with your ticket and plead and beg.

Yeah, I'd double check that. Whenever we have purchased MVMCP tickets, the CM has always told us that we would need park admission.

I looked on the Disney site and nowhere does it say you must have any other ticket to get into MVMCP.

We have gone to both MVMCP and MNSSHP. We had ADR's for Tony's and CP. Both times our times were around 4:15ish. Neither time did I need a regular park admission, just used our event ticket. Not sure if 3:45 would be close enough but I was told any ADR's after 4 required hard event ticket only and that is all that we used.

Not sure if that is changed this year..but in years past this has been our experience.

You don't need another ticket for MVMCP .

But that runs from 7:00pm until midnight.

As a courtesy they allow you into the park on just that ticket at 4:00pm the OPs ressie is even before that . Thats why others have stated about needing a park Ticket for that day to get in that early.

You do not need park admission unless you are going to the park ealier in the day. Starting at 4pm all you need is your party ticket.
