Thanks for the nicely detailed review. We were at Disney the week before you and I have to agree the breakdown's were downright annoying! We go to Disney every year so it's not like a once in a life time trip but it left a bad feeling with me on our MK day. Two out of our three FP were changed due to breakdowns of both BTM and Splash. We did get to ride BTM later in the day but it was a cool breezy day so by the time Splash was back up it was after dark and pretty chilly and we just decided to skip it. We also had COP break down twice during the show and the people mover stopped for almost 15 minutes during our ride. With pirates down for yet another rehab and all the other major rides having breakdowns it made for some interesting FP lines at some of the other rides such as HM. I did see on the Disney ap that SDMT had a break down period of time as well.

For us it just made for a rough park day. The crowds were so bad that we even went over to the GF for awhile to get away from them. If I had paid for a one day ticket and it was our only time at MK I'm sure I would have not been a happy person.

Right in front of the mock up display of Epcot that Walt originally had in mind. We did take some cool pictures of it so it wasn't all bad. A lot of little details that you don't really notice when you just go by it.
