This is what it says on TSA website
"3-1-1 for carry-ons = 3.4 ounce (100ml) bottle or less (by volume) ; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3.4 ounce (100ml) container size is a security measure."
Just want to make sure it's actually PER PERSON and not per carryon. Trying to limited what we take on this trip and I'm thinking one carryon for me and DD will be enough (usually we each take a carryon). So if I only take one carryon, can I have two 3-1-1 carryon bags, 1 for me and 1 for DD? I know it says "per person" but I don't want to run into any problems.
Thanks everyone.
