3-1-1 Question

I'm attempting to get my carry-on luggage packed. Am I correct in reading that I may have as many 3oz or less bottles inside a quart size bag that will fit? For some reason I thought that I was limited to only 3 3oz bottles/person/bag. Now it seems like I can take however many will fit in the quart size bag. Is that right?

Yes, but the key word is "comfortably" fit into the one quart zipper bag. No limit on the number of items.

Thank you! I don't have that much I need to carry-on, but I don't want to get in trouble once I get to security either!

They should be commercially-labeled containers, and um, right - all the labels (including the size) should be easily visible to the TSA inspectors.
