If we get a FP for around 3 to ride splash, when we get off will we be able to catch a spot to watch the parade?

Not curbside of course, but 2nd or 3rd behind the curb sitters?

Not BEFORE riding in that area. The parade STARTS near Splash Mtn. right at 3PM.

If you got a Splash FP that you could use BEFORE 2:30PM or AFTER 3:15PM, you'd be fine.

Thanks, I thought it switched around.
How long does it last? I'm trying to decide what time for my Splash FP and I'd like it right before my afternoon break for drying off.

We also have a 1:30 BOG so we won't be able to grab a spot too far in advance.

Get your 3 pm splash FP. Get to the splash side, by the bridge about 15 minutes before the parade - which starts on that end at 3 pm. You'll probably be right up front - that area doesn't get as crowded (unless it's a holiday week). Then go ride Splash ... You'll be there in plenty of time - the FP is good until 4....

Figure 15 minutes.

Thanks! Do you think 2:30 is early enough to grab a standing view? If we get there and there is no where to view we can always ditch the parade and go on Splash.

2:30 should be plenty early enough for that area. I never understand people camping out on Main Street an hour and a half early for the parade when they can go to Frontierland much closer to start time and find a good spot. I guess they just want to see the castle in the background.
