So I went into Walmart to get dog bones that I can't get anywhere else - (Old Roy, peanut butter flavored, made in the USA, to digress) - and thought I would take a look at their spanx-like undies to see if they had any black camis.
There was a big, huge end cap of $3 underwire bras staring me in the face when I ventured into the underwear section.
$3. For an underwire bra.
My first thought was: how on earth are they profitably making a $3 underwire bra?
Then I answered myself
.
I would like to say I won't buy any more clothes except from the thrifts or the fair trade stores online, but I know I won't. Still.
Kinda put a damper on my day. I am going to resolve to contribute to the problem as little as possible from now on, even if it means cutting back on my favorite addiction (clothes buying).
