2nd trip to WDW - looking for ideas

Hello all! My family took our first trip to WDW in January and the ideas all of you provided through this board were extremely helpful. Thank you very much! (the trip was fantastic). We are returning in October (arrive late in the day on Sunday and leave late in the day the following Sunday). I am looking for ideas on some things we can incorporate into this trip that we did not have a chance to do last time.

During our Jan trip we stayed at AKL (this time ASMO). We didn't rent a car before but plan on doing it this time so we can leave the property for dinner at night sometimes and go to Seaworld one day. I imagine it is fairly easy to travel around Orlando? We did the Circe du Soliel and the Cinderella breakfast at the castle last time. We thought about mabey doing the breakfast at AK this time? We have tickets to the Halloween party at MK. We thought mabey trying some of the water parks this time. Any other ideas? Thanks!

We though we were going to be doing a lot of repeats of 2nd trip. It turned out we missed so much more than we thought that first time. Did you go to the Boardwalk? Or how about eating at some of the other resorts? The carriage ride at FW or POR? Along with all the different shows at the parks.

As for leaving the property. We travel a lot. DH always says that he loves the way the Orlando/Florida roads are marked. One of the easiest places to get around.
