2nd trip to Florida in 2017 but mainly going to LA

So we have decided to go to a convention in Florida in August (somehow we managed to snag 2 flights for £2k less in the sale with Virgin Upper class - the issue was with the flight coming back from LA). The convention is in St Petersburg so we need to organise transport from MCO to the convention hotel. I'm not driving this trip as we will only be in the hotel and then flying off to Texas a few days later. We are going to need something that can cope with cases and a wheelchair (folding). Can anyone recommend any companies they know that would go to the gulf coast from MCO?

After Texas it is off to LA and Warner Bros, Universal and Disney - yay!
