I'm training for the Disney World half in 4 wks! I am a little behind in training as I sorta just started 2-3 wks ago, and was doing just fine until a couple days ago. The second toe on my right foot has started hurting. It doesn't hurt during my running but usually starts to ache afterward and anytime I walk. It's not extreme pain or sharp pains, just a dull ache. I know the best advice would be to go talk to a doc about it, but anyone have this happen? Anything to help with the pain? I ran 7 miles today and felt great while running, just a little achy afterwards (the toe). Help!?
