2nd Phase of Pop Century

Does anyone know when the 2nd phase of Pop Century will be open. It looked like it was well under way when I went in September.

From what I heard and understood when I was at Disneyworld in Feb that its on hold indefiantly. There were rumours that they would have to knock down the building sitting empty ad re-build because they are damaged from weather etc. But who knows. I just remember driving past Pop Century in September of 2001 on my honeymoon and seeing building completly built and it didnt open for how many more years?

Still cant wait to go!
