2Br Villa Needed for August '06

I need a 2br villa for a week next August. We are traveling with 8 people 3 adults 5 children and decided to stay together rather then seperately. How many point would i need to rent. This is still a new Idea to me and I am not 100 percent sure of doing this Though I have been to Disney many time Ihave never stayed on property. We were goin to stay at Port Orleans but later stayed changed our mind after inviting 3 more people. Is this to many point to rent or should i just book through Disney?? I would prefer to stay at the BCV,V@WL, or BWV.

There is probably no problem in getting a villa within Disney for next August. In order to use points at a disney resort, reservation for Disney club members can be made 11 or 9 months in advance depending on your home property. Again, tyipcally not a problem to get a villa.

Price, early August will take 501 points; late august takes 439 points. Old Key West Villa's are on property and going to be the least expensive. ie. Boardwalk villa's are 800 points early aug; 676 late august. These units are huge and accomodate 12 people. If interested I would have enough points; they typically are sold at around $10 per point can be a little less or more depending on timing. Let me know if interested.
