Most Villas can not see Epcot. I think based on the angle the rooms are positioned, you can see it from some of the lakefront facing villas just above the boardwalk area. Otherwise, the actual Boardwalk Inn rooms would obstruct the villas views of Epcot. You need a higher up floor also to see he fireworks. Its best to read the Boardwalk thread on here to see which exact locations are the 2br villas and where they face.

We were in a 1 BR Standard view at BWV in January and I requested "high floor, across from bus stop" and we could see the tops of the WS buildings and the fireworks from Illuminations every night. Hope that helps.

If you have a standard view through DVC, request top floor, across from the bus stop, this will give you a view of the fireworks if there is not a tree in front of your balcony.

If your reservation is through CRO, they will most likely put you facing one of the pools.
