I have a total of 278 points available for rent or transfer - 128 @ Boardwalk Villas, 150 @ Beach Club Villas. All points have a December 2004 Use Year.
Terms: $10 per point. A 50% deposit is required once the reservation is made in your name and the entire balance is due 90 days prior to arrival date. You will receive a signed contract. Points can also be transferred to another DVC member's account.
Points may be used separately to book at their home resort 11 months out, or may be combined to book 7 months out at any DVC resort. They may be used anytime before November 30, 2006 (Banking deadlines may apply).
