My DD's swim school owners want to rent rooms from me for a business meeting in fl. I can do this very cheap for them.
Question is what do I need to do so they can have a receipt for there rooms for business expenses. I will be a lot cheaper than rooms at WDW.

Can they pay my Dues for the year and get a receipt for it?

This may be flagged as Commercial Renting by DVC so I would be careful. Plus, you will need to be certain to collect the appropriate taxes and report as income to the IRS for yourself. Otherwise, they may cross reference...

You'd have to provide them your own receipt. Disney wouldn't give them a receipt for anything because they are not members.

Just make up your own receipt for them, but as noted, you need to be sure to pay the taxes and report it as income because of the crossreferencing issue.

I don't think you have to worry about commercial in this situation. The problem is that if you do it and they deduct it as a business expense, the IRS will likely track it as a rental so you'd need to list it on your taxes to avoid an issue. You can do a receipt yourself that will suffice.
