27 days out no DME vouchers

I received my Mickey mail over 10 days ago and it included my mickey luggage tags and dme luggage tags but no vouchers. Even though one of the bag tags (DME yellow ones) had my name and the other had DH name there was no flight info listed for him. I called and had them add his flight info and didn't understand why it wasn't put on when they did mine. Anyway it is getting close and I don't have have any vouchers. I don't know if they stopped the vouchers or if I will have to call and find out where they are. Does anyone know if they stopped sending the DME vouchers? Am I just supposed to use my book with all of the other info?

I have two sets of DME tags, for two different trips..one in a week, one in Nov. Neither of the lists any flight info. I have never had flight info listed on my yellow tags. Flight info is found inside the info booklet, with the actual vouchers. I would call DME and ask that they resend the booklet. Otherwise, you are going to have to stop at the DME counter and get vouchers printed up. Not a big deal but it does add time...about 10 mins.

DME needs your arrival flight info only to plan how many buses they are going to need. It isn't mandatory that they have this info before you arrive. Now, when you do get there, they may ask you what your arriving flight number was, and will almost certainly inquire as to your departure flight info.

Separate vouchers?

Last time we used ME the driver just scanned the barcode in the booklet, then on our return trip the resort printed out the document which we just handed to the driver.

We just rec'd our ME mail yesterday for our upcoming November trip, need to ask Bob what he did with it since I never looked at them

I thought I received a separate voucher for DME last year. I just checked my booklet and it says to use the booklet and there are bar codes in the booklet for DME.

Yep, that's how it still works. There is a page with space for four vouchers on it. The CM at the podium scans the booklet voucher page, then the bus driver does as well...if I remember correctly. It's always been that way.
Going home, I use the notice that is left in the room.
